Crumb Sourdough Microbakery in Bend, Oregon offers authentic, naturally leavened bread. Bread is pre-ordered and available for "grab and go" pickup at two local shops in Downtown Bend.

All bread products are handmade in small batches. I use organic, seasonal and ethically sourced ingredients – local whenever possible. Each loaf is fermented for a minimum of 20 hours using wild yeast sourdough culture and baked in a brick oven to a dark brown caramelization for deep flavor. No conditioners or preservatives are used. The fermentation process of yeast and bacteria predigest the starches and break down the gluten protein, making the bread highly digestible, not to mention delicious. Authentic sourdough is pleasantly but not overly sour. My bread is often compared to San Francisco sourdough. Limited Spots Available
