Crumb Sourdough Microbakery's sourdough breads* all begin with Zelda, the sourdough starter. She's a descendant of 150-year-old starter yeast from San Francisco with pure qualities unique to that region. Zelda combines her rich heritage with the microbial communities of Bend and flour from wheat varieties grown in the West and the volcanic soils of the Pacific Northwest.
When sourcing ingredients, I look for organic, fresh, natural, sustainably sourced, and local whenever possible.

"The Zelda" Original celebrates all of the sour goodness, chewy texture and crispy crust associated with San Francisco-style sourdough with the rich flavors of the West and PNW. Zelda wants to dazzle you with her classic beauty: flour, water, salt, yeast. The Zelda boule weighs in at just over 1 lb.
JALAPEÑO & CHEDDAR
A customer favorite among those who love a little spice in their life, the Jalapeño & Cheddar awakens your taste buds with a satisfying heat and ooey-gooey sharp cheddar cheese. A subtle nuttiness from the addition of whole wheat flour plus Zelda's tang round out the scrumptious flavors. This boule weighs in at just over 2 lbs.
DECADENT CHOCOLATE CHIP
Chocolate lovers and chocoholics will experience pure ecstasy while devouring the Decadent Chocolate Chip. If you've never eaten chocolate in sourdough bread, then you are seriously missing out on what should be on the list of World Wonders! Care is taken to use all-natural semi-sweet pure chocolate "mega chunks" derived from sustainably harvested cocoa beans. This sourdough is perfect as a dessert, but we love this legit comfort food any time of the day. This boule weighs in at just over 2 lbs.
ROASTED GARLIC & ROSEMARY
Elegant. Sophisticated. The Roasted Garlic & Rosemary brings families together around the table. The buttery, savory caramelization of fresh roasted garlic melts into the chewy crumb and mingles with the herbaceous rosemary to create that classic and adored flavor pairing. The aromas, alone, will transport you into a gastronomic euphoria. Enjoy solo or with olive oil and balsamic vinegar or any cheese of your liking. This boule weighs in at just over 1 lb.
ZELDA AFTER HOURS
Seriously for adults only! Zelda After Hours is a boozy, luscious boule well-endowed with locally sourced oragnic chocolate chips, premium barrel aged rum-soaked cherries and cardamom, all swirled into a tantalizing bite. It's comparable to moist bread pudding with hints of vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, honey. This is best enjoyed after hours with a glass of oaked Chardonnay, red Malbec, dry Riesling, or splurge with banana or pineapple liqueur. There's a lot to devour with this one, plenty to go around, weighing in at over 2.5 lbs.
LIGHT WHOLE WHEAT & HONEY
Not 100% whole wheat, but a pleasant blend of whole wheat and artisan bread flours with a hint of honey sweetness. Light and chewy in texture with a sourdough tang, this boule weighs in at over 1 lb.

GREEN MATCHA TEA &
The pairing of real semi-sweet chocolate with matcha’s iconic complex flavor profile of mellow floral grassiness, creamy, sweet nuttiness, and a bit of bitterness with a pleasant savory umami ending is wonderfully invigorating.
Matcha is also a superfood, chock-full of antioxidants and anti-inflammatories. It offers immune support, energy and brain boosting and mood enhancement, lowers cholesterol, prevents cancer and improves skin.

Made in the traditional French style and of the French Bread Law of just four ingredients – four, water, yeast and salt – these 100% sourdough baguettes are a staple at every meal in France.
Having a crisp and crunchy crust and soft interior/crumb, baguettes go stale in 24 hours and should therefore be eaten the day they are baked and never frozen.
Baguettes are ideal vessels for sandwiches, sliced and toasted with your favorite toppings, dipped into stews and soups, enjoyed with coffee, or torn and eaten plain.
Crumb's demi-baguettes (half the length of regular baguettes) weigh approximately 250g and are 15 inches in length.
