SOURDOUGH & MORECrumb Sourdough Microbakery's breads all begin with Zelda, the sourdough starter. She's a descendant of 150-year-old starter yeast from San Francisco with pure qualities unique to that region. Zelda combines her rich heritage with the microbial communities of Central Oregon and flour from wheat varieties grown in the West and the volcanic soils of the Pacific Northwest. When sourcing ingredients, I look for organic, fresh, natural, sustainably sourced, and local whenever possible. ALLERGEN INFORMATION: My bakery offers products that may contain: Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Soy, Eggs, and Dairy. While I take steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination (cleaning/sanitization and separating the prep, cooking and storage processes of baked goods made with these allergens), I cannot guarantee that any of my products are 100% safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg or wheat allergies. *Crumb Sourdough Microbakery is an Oregon Cottage Food Operation. Products are homemade and are not prepared in an inspected food establishment. Products must be stored and displayed separately if merchandised by a retailer. Products are made in a home with a dog. Pets are not present in the domestic kitchen during processing, preparing, packaging, or handling of commercial foods.

Breakfast Oat Porridge Sourdough
This bread is incredibly yummy, tender, moist custard-like and nutritious. Baked with healthy organic oats cooked into a creamy porridge that's high in fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals —including manganese, phosphorus, copper, vitamin B 1, iron, selenium, magnesium, and zinc—this specialty is absolutely delicious. Its antioxidant properties may also help prevent heart disease. The porridge is added as an inclusion to the dough and then each loaf is rolled in organics oats.
